\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThe year is 1963. Winter is fearlessly ravaging southeastern Serbia. In the night between February 23 and 24, parts of Stara Planina begin to separate. Heavy rainfall causes a natural disaster. A large amount of earth and rocks slide into the river Viso\u010dica. A natural dam with a height of 50m is being created! Due to the impossibility of the river flowing, heavy floods threaten to submerge all settlements located downstream. Nis is also at risk! Fortunately, the army reacts quickly, breaking through the natural dam and building an artificial one.
