In the heart of Dimitrovgrad, at the crossroads of Balkan cultures and flavors, one of the most unique events in the region takes place \u2013 the \"Days of Caribrod Dry-Cured Meat.\" This festival, dedicated to the traditional specialty of dry-cured meat, has been held every autumn since 2014.
